LIGHTHILL CONSULT LIMITED was incorporated in the year 2004 under the Companies and Allied Matters Act (CAMA) 1990 with the Corporate Affairs Commission, of Nigeria (CAC), Abuja. The Registration Certificate Number is RC 607941.
It is a Nigerian conglomerate consisting of four (4) registered Strategic Business Units (SBU’s) with diverse interest in Land Use Planning and Development; Geo-informatics and Data, Engineering Consultancy, Design and Construction; Real Estate Development, and Import and Export business.
The group was founded and registered in 1994 and has over the years expanded its operations within and outside Nigeria. LIGHTHILL GROUP and its subsidiaries collaborate across industry, service, and national boundaries to deliver professional services. The Group brings together, local and international resources with greater flexibility, responsiveness, and consistency of service delivery to meet clients’ needs and expectations. This corporate responsibility is our mainstream activity which we deliver through a range of well-defined and articulated client-specific programmes.
